Praise be to Allah alone , and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet whom is non after him . The thesis is an introduction about the reasons for choosing the book and its importance , and plan to investigate as well the study of the owner of the treasure, and author of the book , and a study of the treasure and the book investigating it . The divisions of the investigation are as follows: The first section and is a study section and in it is : a brief translation for the workbook , and commentator , and an overview of the book ( Treasure minutes) , then a study of the Book ( Open pathways the Code of achieving Hajj ) accounted for the author , and its place among the rituals books , and its resources , and its terms, and the method in which the author , and what is in his favor and against him, then a description of the copy of the manuscript. The second section is the section of Investigation : It included The text of investigation , and then followed by the scientific Indexes . My work in this investigation was to prove what have fell from the copy of the manuscript , documenting texts , Quranic verses attributed to its Suras , graduation of all sayings of the Prophet from their original sources , and there are other works mentioned in the introduction to the research.
And reached the following results : the book has a prominent place among the books due to the author's stature and scientific value . Shall not terminate the pilgrimage to Umrah or vice versa , and that this was specifically only for the companions God bless them . It is desirable to make Tawaf voluntary for whom is living in Mecca after his quest to come and the day before perfusion(Tarweah) . Pilgrimage has three speeches : Perfusion day , and the day of Arafa , and the second day of Tashreeq. The best positions in Arafa was the Prophet's may Allah bless him and grant him peace next to the black rocks beside the Mount of Mercy. It is Prescribed to walk scurry and Idhibba after a full Tawaf . Slaughter does not take the place of a Pillar of Hajj unless in the case of death. Pilgrimage has two disintegrations first shortening or full shaving , and the second After Ifaadah |
