Abstract : The study aims to reveal the reality of Internet usage and applications by employees in the two libraries Saudi Academy and two Central Library of the Deanship of Library Affairs of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah and the Central Library of the Deanship of Library Affairs at Umm al-Qura University in Mecca. This research addressed the description and analysis staff uses libraries to the Internet and of common applications such as e-mail, participate in panel discussions, and navigation and others. In addition, the researcher tried through this study was to investigate the motives that pay workers for use of the Internet, the study did not overlook the reasons and obstacles that may hinder the use of the Internet or make use rarely.
