Workshop on organisational development held

| A workshop on organisational development (OD) organised by the Vice Presidency in cooperation with the Centre for Strategic Studies (CSS) was launched Monday by Prof Abdullah Mohorji, KAU Vice President.
Held at King Faisal Convention Centre, the workshop dealt with a number of issues, including the basic steps and dynamics within the OD process and ways to overcome bureaucracy and centralisation.
In his speech, Prof Mohorji stressed the importance of organisational development in improving services and the need to make the most of the available human and financial resources.
